Now, under new leadership we've rebranded to Hammerhead Management, LLC to reflect our growth and renewed energy. We retain the same core values, adding even more innovation and dedication to providing exceptional service.

Jake Krol

Jake, owner of Hammerhead Management,LLC, is dedicated to providing quality service to both tenants and property owners. His commitment stems from a diverse background encompassing six years of commercial rental experience, including 1.5 years in property management. Prior to this, Jake owned and operated Kro-Pro, LLC (formerly Proctors Custom Chrome Plating), where he progressed from packer to owner over a 14-year period (2005-2019). Following a serious work accident that led to the closure of his business, he transitioned into a leasing agent role at My Space Office and Storage, further honing his skills and customer service approach. This varied experience contributes significantly to his dedication and to the high-quality service he provides at Hammerhead Management.

Nicole Krol

Nicole is a Marketing Manager and Partner at Hammerhead Management,LLC, bringing over 14 years of business ownership experience to her role. Her entrepreneurial journey began in 2010 with Sunshine-In-Such, which she owned for 14 years (2010-2024). Simultaneously, she owned KP Designs from 2018-2022, also worked at, and eventually owned and operated Proctors Custom Chrome Plating (later renamed Kro-Pro) from 2002-2019. At one point during these years, she also ran a small cleaning business for three years and currently owns Big Jake’s Resale (since 2022). This extensive entrepreneurial background, spanning various industries, has instilled in her a strong commitment to exceptional customer care and service, benefiting both tenants and property owners she works with at Hammerhead Management,LLC.
